This historic multi-phase project also includes the creation of the brand-new Concourse E, expected to open in 2027.

RSW expansion project: Concourse D concessions
As part of Phase 1 of the terminal expansion, several new businesses have opened in Concourse D:

Keylime Bistro: Highlighting the expansion updates, the award-winning local dining staple has introduced an airport location featuring coastal vibes and fresh regional food.

Fort Myers Brewing: The region’s first microbrewery brings its signature craft beers, food trucks, and live music atmosphere to travelers.

Seaside Mercantile: A dedicated gift shop offering beach-themed souvenirs, apparel, and coastal gifts.
